Next part is our gantry spot welding machine to weld the shelf mesh, The left part is to produce for middle to big sizes of heavy duty wire shelf which is mainly sell for commercial storage market. The right part is to produce for middle to small size of light duty wire shelf which is mainly sell for home storage market. All these spot welding machines are automatic welding machines, our workers just put the wire rod material into the slot of welding mould , The machine will slide in /out and weld the shelf automatically . We have increased 60% of new purchased gantry spot welding machines in this process. Besides, we have upgraded our old machine by variable frequency motor. This change will improve the welding quality of our shelf products, welding spot is more uniform and strong solder joints, reduce the solder drop rate, and reduce the burrs problems. Now , all of our shelf mesh production is produced by automatic gantry spot welding machines. We now have more than 30 pieces in the factory .

Our production equipment is all commissioned by the workshop management and inspected the first piece before the workers production. Besides, our QC management make random inspection at each production line . Our factory has 15% business export to Japan market ,especially sell to Japan famous chainstores. So our production team always pay great attention to product quality control.

Our factory is in the peak production season at the moment, as we can see our factory production line is very busy. Annual September to May of the following year is our peak production season.
