Now we are at the entrance of the production workshop, at first ,let’s see our tube production process. On the left hand side is our tube production process. Most of the equipment in this process is newly introduced automated production equipment. On the right hand side is our tube tapping machine. It’s used for tapping on the inside of tube ends. Our current tube production is easy and automatic. Our workers is very comfortable and efficient. As you can see ,our wokers is just put the material tube into the slot ,then the grooves pressing advanced machine will do the grooves automatically . The tapping machine is making thread automatically . As you know ,automatic machine manufacture not only increase the efficiency ,but also the quality and production capability. Our tube cutting machine is also automatically ,we put it at the place of material area ,It’s over there.
