Next, our next step is to weld the wave frame onto the shelf mesh, we are now stayed at the production area of this process. This part we have both old machines and new machines. Generally , if the shelf is small ,we would use our old 3-4 spot welding machines . however ,if the shelf is big size and heavy duty ,we would produce it by new advanced machine . This machine is to weld one edge at a time onto the shelf mesh. We also increased new technology machine in this process . This three is new introduced ,is to weld two edges at a time . It’s double quicker than that one edge welds. It can help us to increase more efficiency and production capability .
